How to permanently delete your Forged account and data.
The easiest way to delete your account:
If you can no longer access the App and need to delete your account, email us at forgedhabits@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
If you are in an active challenge when you delete your account:
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, habits, progress, and history will be lost. Make sure you want to proceed before confirming.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your Apple subscription. To avoid being charged after account deletion, cancel your subscription first:
If you signed in with Apple, we revoke the Sign in with Apple token when your account is deleted. You can also manage apps using your Apple ID at Settings > [Your Name] > Sign-In & Security > Sign in with Apple.
Account deletion is processed immediately upon confirmation. Associated data is fully purged from our systems within 30 days.
