These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Forged mobile application ("App") operated by Jason Brannon ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

You may create only one account per person. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Forged offers optional premium features ("Forged Pro") available through auto-renewable subscriptions and a lifetime purchase option:
Pro features include social challenges, activity feeds, and friend connections.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions at any time by going to your device's Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
We may change subscription prices at any time. Price changes for existing subscribers will take effect at the start of the next billing period following notice of the change.
You retain ownership of content you create in the App, including habit names, descriptions, and photos you upload. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the service.
Photos uploaded as challenge proof are visible to other participants in that challenge. By uploading photos, you confirm that you have the right to share them and that they do not violate these Terms.

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Jason Brannon and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App.
You may delete your account at any time from within the App. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any information provided through the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jason Brannon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jason Brannon from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
